So, where would it show if it has a junked or clean title?

If the title changed, it would be listed in the DVM registration/renewal section of events.

This was the last entry in the Carfax;

04/06/2004 Wisconsin
Damage Report
TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE
Vehicle declared a total loss
by an insurance company
Collision damage reported
CARFAX began reporting this inf ormation on 02/25/2013.

But the car obviously is in repairable condition. Looks like it had the hood fly open (common problem for a Fox Mustang) because the cowl panel is dented. Other than that, just minor repairs.

Wow Autocheck was sort of useless on that one?!
Guess I know who I will use in the future!

A hood, windshield, cowl repair, trim, and paint probably came close to if not exceeded the KBB on the car in 04.

But is there a place where I can find out if the title is good yet? Or if it's been marked as junked.

Carfox says no title brands reported to him. Rebuild it if it is the car that xxtremeteam told me about.....

OK, but then what do I do about the title? I don't have it.

Maybe the last owner has it , if he bought it back from the insurance agency?

The state of Wisconsin doesn't brand titles on vehicles that are over seven years old.

So how do I go about finding out who has it?
