Did anybody check out the show tonight. Great start to what looks like a really good season. What do you guys thinked killed that kid at the end? Water? Or did the virus go airborn?
I knew that girl Rick found in the woods was gonna try to kill him. I was hoping Rick was going to just shoot her but then she killed her self. Can't wait till next week cuz there's a walker inside the prision now.

Oh yea one more thing. Why are they letting the walkers just group up along the fences? I'm sure they could take them out a lot quicker and from the outside. Just make some sharp cutting instruments, attach them to a vehicle and drive through the heard cutting the tops of they're heads off. Duh it so simple. LOL.

I was so pumped up for the new season, then I saw tonight's show and I was like WTF?!? From the looks of it the best seasons of the show are over as it no longer has any logic. Few of the things I hated that I remember are where do the dead bodys go outside the gate after they kill them? They just disappear? Would make more sense if it shows them burning piles of them every day if they want to explain it. The kid getting sick at the end (and the pig at the beginning) I am going to guess is from bad food/water. Again it SHOULD be an easy fix. There are tons of ways to filter and get clean water, and there should be plenty of canned food left over for all of them to last a life time. Also the whole Rick thing in the forest sucked. He made so many rookie mistakes it is hard to believe he has done this before.

So far this season seems to disappoint and piss me off like the mess Iron Man 3 was.

I liked the episode. I think the kid just got sick passed out and cracked his head and died. But I sure wouldn't want a walker roaming inside the compound while I slept.

Episode was goofy last night. Not a real big fan. They progressed it a little too far from taking all the people in the last episode of season 3 and now they have a counsel. I assumed Rick would still be in charge but looks like he might be made a little bitch now.

I was under the impression the kid at the end had something different. His eyes looked way different than the run of the mill walker, no?

Why won't Rick die!?!?!?! He is such a fucking pussy! "Yes ma'am. I will give you this freshly wrapped meal I broughtbout into the woods with me. Yes I will go back hang put with who I assume is your husband. No I will not kill you after you have tried to kill me." I'm losing faith in the show.

Yes, and they kept showing one walker at the fence throughout the episode that had similar wierd bloody looking eyes.

Also, I am guessing its definitely in the water, they kept showing various water over and over all episode, including it started with Rick plunging his head into a barrel of water to cool off.

Don't forget he apparently has been refusing to even carry a gun lol. I don't care how traumatized or sick of the violence I am, I really don't ever see chosing to not carry a gun during the zombie apocalypse!

Yeah I don't understand why you few didn't like it, it was great. At least it wasn't just a bunch of talking. And to say so much was left out from between the last seasons, if you dont remember from the 2nd to the 3rd they didn't show them in winter at all. So another large gap. Also the lost of logic? IMO it seems the same and remember it's just the first show. I am sure things will get a lot more interesting.

Btw I thought Iron Man 3 was pretty good. Along with Hangover 3. Just watched that the other day. I had one of those hard laughs where I started to cry at the very end with Stu and his boobs. LOL.

I also think things are about to get real interesting. That had to be like 500k walkers on that road.

Just got back from driving down to Disneyworld on vacation. Yesterday morning we stopped in Senoia, Georgia aka Woodbury. Was pretty cool. Also swung through Grantsville Ga where they filmed the "Clear" episode. On Saturdays the mayor gives a tour including the apartment where the guy lived and had all the crazy writing on the wall. Missed that though since we were the on Sunday . Not much to see in Grantsville. It's pretty much a ghost town since whatever industry they had left.

Here's some Woodbury pics.
A store where they sell TWD related stuff.

The entrance where the gate was. Also shown is our Audi allroad, aka the family truckster. Lol

I didn't get any of Grantsville but I think my wife did.

It was pretty cool and worth the hour detour out of the way. Everyone in town we talked to was very nice and the coffee shop had great coffee, food and hot chocolate. It was in the 40's and raining when we were there. So the hot chocolate hit the spot.

I would have rather lived there then in a cell. Looks like a sleepy little town.

How about that mid season finale, I know I am a few weeks late but who cares. LOL. I couldn't believe that Hershel got his head chopped off. Glad to see the Governor got what he deserved. Can't wait for February to roll around.
Cool pics BTW.
