Probably a really dumb question but ill ask anyway

So I am sure this is a stupid question but here goes. I don't use craigslist much. I want to use it more. Is there a way to search more than 1 city at a time? How do I find things that are all over? I don't like being able to only search in a defined city. Gotta be a way right?

Google "Craigslist search". There are a couple different sites like crazedlist or searchtempest that work great for just that.

I use searchtempest it works pretty great. Its a little slow sometimes but yeah works great.

I use searchtempest a lot, and if you have a smart phone, download one of the craiglist apps and you can search multiple cities through them as well.

Those search engines are not quickly updated though. I end up still looking at a few city's. Its dumb that craigslist is not based off zip code and distance.

I use search tempest, too. Ebay bought into craigslist and changed (limited) the areas you can search at one time. Searchtempest is good, but not perfect. The phone apps are nice because they can do the auto searches for you and notify you when things get posted. You gotta be fast on them deals! I used one of the phone apps to find my truck.

I think the one posted above is what I had before when i was truck hunting. I just dl'd it and its nice. Possibly nicer than the "CLapp" I have now. That's all I can offer for comparisons. I have an Android based phone as well.
