Rechargable Battery Rebuild Local or anyone on here?

You know Nicad, Lithium, whatever for impacts tool sets, etc.

I know they can relatively (compared to new ones) cheaply be rebuilt by taking them apart and buying the cells and replacing.

I see tons of places online etc popping up doing just that.

Does anyone know of a local place or someone on here do it? Looking for a non shipping local person to deal with. If noone knows of a place someone with soldering and electronics skills should start a side business....

I used to build battery packs for my remote controlled cars, but haven't done it in awhile

Its basically the same thing inside the nicd and nimh tool batteries as an r/c battery used to be. I've pulled them apart but never rebuilt one
