I am moving soon and wanted to see if anyone is interested in my old apartment in Delafield.
One private 10x20 garage and parking lot for extra vehicles included with monthly rent of $645.
Second private 10x20 garage available for an extra $50/month.

Range, fridge and dish washer, A/C unit are included. I believe they will all be new when the new tenant moves in (as well as new carpet).

Awesome area. Can walk to many things. 3 blocks south of I94 exit #285. Its about 18 minutes west of hwy100 and I94. Other apartments in this area are all $1100+/month for this size. This is a difficult place to get into. It should be ready 11/1/2013.
