Hit my wife's parked car.

Hit her hard enough that the truck in front of her was pushed several feet, after she was pushed about 25.

But if it was parked, one can assume she wasn't in it during the impact? Hope not - ouch!

Had the same thing happen to an old eclipse of mine. Someone just totalled it while it was parked on the street. Never even stopped (pretty sure they were drunk)

Def sucks... but shit happens , glad no one was hurt!

That is how I lost my original 67 Fury police car back in 1989. It was parked on 6th just north of Layton facing northbound, and at about 3am a drunk coming southbound drifted the 4 lanes or so over to hit it full speed head on....

His Honda Accord was no joke half sized afterwards... I have no idea how he lived, let alone the police told me he got out and tried to leave the scene. Someone saw it happen and followed him in their car until police arrived.

Drunk, no license, in the country illegally, claimed to not speak english, no insurance....

had a 1996 s10 ss get hit by a drunk parked out front hit it at 50mph. Then drove over my dads lawn and took off in his maxima while dad chased after he made it 3 blocks before car wouldnt move anymore. Was a friend of a friend and a dead beat no job no insurance either guess he was leaning over to grab smokes out of glove box and pulled the wheel.

Rear axle went under cab on truck

So out for a drive in my Tahoe I happened to follow a car (00ish Impala) making a turn into the same driveway, I made the pass on the right. I could CLEARLY see the parking area (no cars in it) before I BEGAN to execute the pass. I have no idea how this dumbtard did this. Short of following WAY too close and texting while driving or something.

That thing is junk. Time to look for a new car at somebody else's expense.

Its officially totaled. My estimate is we get $1000 back or so after the loan is bought out.
