IL title transfer to WI question

If I walk into DMV today with clear IL title and I transfer it, will I walk out with clear WI title or will they mail it to me later?

Should print it there. Only out of state title I transferred was a salvage, but I walked out with it.

Verified, 15yr old IL title spit out WI title painlessly....well $94 was not painless but no wait.

Yeah. They print it. For some reason most of the cars I buy are from IL.
