Anyone know about trees? What is going on with my tree?

I have two trees along my driveway, I'm not sure of the species but I took some pictures. The leaves are looking crystalized with little white "eggs" (I assume) on them, how do I fight this and save these trees? Can anyone identify what's going on? I snapped pics of the leaves and the bark, if it helps. Thanks--Dan

Bring in a couple of the leaves to the closest Stein's and their professional arborist can give you the proper chemicals.

Take a closer look at the little white 'eggs'... are they moving? Might be aphids.
Can't really see what's going on in that blurry pic, might be a fungus too.
What kind of tree?
Can you get a better picture in focus?

The yellow fungus on the tree is normal when there is lots of wet weather, no harm there.
