Date: Sunday, August 25th, 2013
Time: 12PM - 4PM
Location: Miller Park - Miller Lot, Milwaukee, WI
Admission: $15 preregistration, $20 day of the show
Event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/416392125122458/

Car show, vendor booths, awards/trophies, DJ Marcus will be playing some great music again, food/drinks sold by the Sausage Haus, etc.

ANY and ALL vehicles welcome!

We will be collecting donations of either items from a list I will post soon or money straight to the cause that we will send in a care package to the troops (cash may be used to send the care packages/buy more items to send). Each item donated/monetary amount will have a specific number of tickets that will accompany it. So, for each item donated, you will be given the appropriate number of raffle tickets that you can use to try and win giveaways. The set up will be very similar to how MOD does their giveaways. The items that are beign raffled will be put on a table at our booth with a box next to it that you can drop your raffle ticket in and we will randomly draw a ticket at the awards ceremony for each item. The more you donate, the more tickets you can receive and the higher the chance is you will win.

Please note, you must be present to win all awards/trophies/raffle items.

I will post more information as it is decided (: The flier will be posted once I have it completed.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a PM, message me on fb (either the StanceWI account or my personal account) or email me at: StanceWisconsin@gmail.com

And here are the rules:
Vehicle Displays –
If you are competing for an award/trophy, your displays must be set up before the show begins. Unless you have paid for a vendor booth, no text or promotional/advertising materials of any kind can be dispersed. If you fail to abide by the rules set in place, you will be asked to leave immediately. You are not permitted to sell ANY merchandise/parts or anything in between unless you have paid for a vendor booth. No refunds will be given.

Music/Noise –
Your vehicle is allowed to play music but it must be contained within the space the vehicle is located so it is not disruptive. Extreme noise is not acceptable nor will it be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to: excessive revving, honking, air horns or loud music. If you fail to comply, you may be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.

Dress Code-
All those that are in attendance of the show must wear clothing that is in good taste. There will be many minors and families attending, so all clothing must be suitable for people of all ages. This includes, but is not limited to: scanty outfits, lingerie, excessively short skirts or low-cut shirts. Any person who is found to be in defiance of these regulations will be asked to leave at once. No refunds will be given.

Food/Drinks –
Concessions will be sold by Miller Park and per the rules they have set forth, we cannot allow anyone to sell food or beverages. If you are found to be in violation of these rules, you will be immediately asked to leave. No refunds will be given. However, you are permitted to bring in your own food/beverages for your own personal use. The Sausage Haus will be providing concessions.

Trash –
Please be courteous and use the provided trash cans. The messier the lot, the less likely we are to host more car shows at this venue.

Miscellaneous –
We, StanceWisconsin Owners, StanceWisconsin Staff, Law Enforcement that will be there on our behalf, Miller Park Staff and Miller Park Security, reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the show for any reason we deem appropriate or necessary. If you do not comply to that request, you may be ticketed and/or escorted out. No refunds will be given. If you do not pay the specific fees we have in place, you will not be allowed on the premises.

I posted this for Samantha @ StanceWI. I believe a bunch of us went to this last year, and it was a good time. There was a little bit of everything there from Mustangs to musclecars, its not just for "tuner" cars!

If the spring show that they put together is just a teaser of this show then it will be huge. They get all kinds of different styles/types of cars to show up.

I will be there trying to get a solid group of cars to show with me. The spring one was pretty good turn out. This one should be huge.

Hey everyone!

Thanks for the kind words and, moparjim, THANK YOU for posting this up for me!

Here is the flyer -- it will change periodically with vendor information, but other than that, everything will remain the same!

We are expecting a MUCH larger than expected turnout for August and are extremely excited about that. April was incredible, especially given the time of year, and we are hoping we blow that show out of the water!

As mentioned above, this show will be benefiting the men and women who are currently serving overseas. We will be collecting donations of either cash or items from the below list that we will send in a care package to the troops (the cash will be used to send the care packages or purchase additional items for the care package). For items donated, you may be given a raffle ticket that you can use to try and win giveaways. To receive a ticket, the item(s) you donate must be worth $5 and you are permitted to use multiple items to get to that standpoint. The items that are being raffled will be put on a table at the StanceWisconsin booth with a box next to it that you can drop your raffle ticket in and we will randomly draw a ticket at the awards ceremony! The more you donate, the more tickets you receive and in turn, the higher the chances are for you to win!

For example, if you donate three items valued at $2 each, you will be given 1 (one) ticket. If you donate an item valued at $15, you will be given 3 (three) tickets.

Please note: YOU MUST be present to win. No glass containers. No compressed air products. No chocolate. Here is a list of the items:

It would generally be illegal under state charitable solicitation registration laws or other state laws for an organization to represent or imply that it is a charity to solicit charitable contributions when it is not recognized as a charity. An organization that claimed it was nonprofit and is not nonprofit under state law would open itself to claims of misrepresentation and fraud if a third party detrimentally relied on that representation.
