Free web cam hosting?

Anyone know of a free webcam hosting website or program? Being stationed away from the family we'd love to have a webcam outside by our pool. This is mainly for my grandparents so simple is better lol.

Is there anything like this out there? Where they can just click a link and watch?

I used ustream to spy on my ducks while I was at work. Worked well, minus the 30 second ads every so often. Apps work on my phone so I could watch them away from the computer. I think you can pay to not have ads. And you can make it private too with the free version.
