Its black, has some rust, 260k on the clock. Has a brand new set of tires on it plus a second set of wheels tires that are pretty much bald, I was going to put snow tires on them.

I bought this car from 350-Z28 on here almost 2 years ago. I did a bunch of work to it since then. Runs good but the downpipe is shot. Easy $50 fix with a junkyard downpipe.

There is more info and pics on CL.

Just PM slow Joe and say it's going to the junker otherwise...he's a one-man rescue facility for these things....

Turbo was replaced with a new or used one? T25 or TD04? When you cleaned the sludge was there much (if any) metal? Did you replace all the o-rings in the pan/to the pick-up? What kind of tires on the 16" rims? Are the rear shock towers in tact, rusty, or gone? Is the O2 Sensor throwing the code a front or rear?

Hate to say it guys, I just let someone send one of these ('97 25Xk Miles, ran, drove) to the junk yard cause it was too far rusted out...

Its a low mile T25, I do have a rebuild kit for it that I'll throw in also.
There was some metal in the screen but nothing crazy, seen alot worse on the forums.
I did replace all the o rings while i was in there, also cleaned and polished the pressure relief valve.
Tires are prime wells. Its the front o2 sensor.
I think the shock towers are ok, but I would have to look. The worst rust I noticed is the typical spot where the trim is behind the back doors, its a hole on the drivers side.

Just thought of some other stuff.

Drivers heated seat only works sometimes. Heat / ac gets stuck on floor sometimes. SRS light is on since I replaced a bad seatbelt, just need a tech 2 to reset it. The goffy reverse shifter lock crap was removed, works like any other car now.

I think that's everything. I liked driving it, just all the little quirky stuff that I don't have time to fix.

not when your garage/tools are 5 miles away and you have kids, lol. Even a simple fix means a good hour or two by the time I drive there and back.

truth!!! Even when your tools are in your garage, the kids can slow any progress down in a hurry!
