Im about to buy a sniper tunning kit the commando, its suppose to let you have more control than there base model special forces kit. But before i do buy it was wondering if anyone has bought it or used it before and what they thought about it.

I have it for my Ranger.
I hate it.
The data logging software (Recon) is buggy. The templates are not very comprehensive and if you find something missing, it's like pulling teeth to get a parameter added. The tuning interface is clumsy and buggy as well. Poorly supported. Of all the tuning software available out there it would be the last one I would recommend.

How long ago did you buy it? Ive been doing some google searches and it seems like the newer software is working really well. But i do come up with people saying the same thing your say but they have a older version. I just wanna get my truck tunned and dosent seem like to many people around here wanna tune it.

I have older software, but that doesn't change the fact that that their templates are sketch. What kind of truck do you have?

Ive got a 99 ranger. Pulled the engine and put turbocoupe pistons and rods in and running a 60mm holset. Im still not sure if i wanna go with e85 or not theres stations all around me in waukesha but i just dont know if my returnless system is going to require me to run huge injectors.

Whats your setup on your ranger?

99 ranger can use hp tuners, thats what I"m using on mine. Works great, easy to use.
