Where should I go to get my rims painted

Family member wants to get his rims painted black with a red strip around the edge. Any recommendations to get this done? Ideas on price? These are for a 2004 vette. Thanks

If he wants them painted he should just do it him self. If he wants them powder coated, hytec or sergey's house of wheels in Chicago. It's gonna run like 350-400 bucks.

Have them powdercoated then have a body shop with a good pinstriper run the redline around the edge. Thats what i would do.
