Seems like an awesome deal...

Anyone interested in maybe some sort of split/partnership or would anyone be interested in renting some of it indoor or outdoor if I somehow pulled it off?

Possibly! Depends on the size of the "spot" for the price.

No idea on exact pricing yet, would depend on the arrangement between parties but I am open to almost any proposal I could make happen. I have to take a look at it, and look into utility/insurance/etc costs but my initial thinking is that it will be damn cheap for the amount of space available.

As you know that is a smokin deal for such a well kept property as that. There are a lot of available buildings similar to this in racine but not at this price! If you can work a deal for it, try and sublet portions if it and you'll make money. Good luck

What would you be using this building for? The actual shop size looks small in the one pic of it.

The clear height might be one of the issues with the space for most businesses. It looks short. But for a machine shop, small manufacturing, automotive etc it should work great.

What kind of business are you planning on getting into? I'll probably have about 10K square feet available late this year, early next year. Don't buy a building without a business that is cash flowing yet. Buying commercial real estate is extremely nuanced. That's why you see that shit sitting forever. With a short term lease your payments may be a little higher but you're not married to the building. I've moved twice already, and each time my space requirement has doubled. If this is your first rodeo, I wish you good luck and hold the fuck on!
