I asked Ron first actually. Yeah duramax stuff too. Stock is 3/12...is going to 4" gonna make enough improvement for the cost?

yes but I would just.buy a bolt.on kit. aluminzed kit only costs like $300 for turbo back.

go on duraxmax forum and make a vendor request. site vendors will pm you price quotes. I got my 4" turbo back dual out diamond eye kit for $320 shipped.

Memphis he did say aluminzed piping so usually you can find this type of exhaust cheaper. Stainless is the way to go it your planning on keeping the truck for more than 5 years. Although aluminzed exhaust will last a decent amount of time it will rust out eventually more so if you drive on salted roads and since you live in WI and own a truck it's unavoidable. Spend the extra money and get stainless.

i've had my aluminzed kit for almost 3 years now. i painted it all black with high temp paint. some areas that did not get coated still have not rusted. i would recommend going with mbrp system. muffled systems sound good from them and they seem to have the best quality of the kits i've seen.
