That is awesome, been considering doing something like this, going to read the build thread when i have more time.

What are you using to tune the truck?

*Edit, saw the SAFC*

I like it.

Gotten a chance to drive it? Planned amount of boost? Run it at GLD?

I was present when it dyno'd N/A. I am very interested in the updated numbers!

8.7psi is the wastegate spring so that's what boost is. That is also what can be ran as-is with no modifications or tuning.

Tuning will determine the final boost number after seeing how everything works as-is. Fuel pump, afpr, injectors may be on the future list.

And yes I drove it. I drove it to Indianapolis non-turbo, took all of the turbo parts, installed the turbo while my friends shop created the exhaust then drove it home.

should do wonders for the torque numbers

Nice, those engines are so big it makes that 35r look like a 14b turbo. I seen a Supra swapped with one of those engines that had a huge turbo and it was AWD. They are really strong engines. Do they run so rich from the factory that you don't need to tune it? I know it has a learning ECU but it will only learn so much. Also I can't tell but do you have the coolant lines hooked up for the air to water IC?

That thing looked badass when you left Culver's on Saturday. Could just slightly hear some turbo whistle coming from it.

Unfortunately it's not much at all...I've been so swamped running my shop and worrying about my customer's toys that l haven't been able to mess with it. And I ended up with a GTO in Fall too so trying to get that done next week finally and then just need to add a few goodies on my bike. Then finally the SC can be a priority.

Then don't. Send it in a PM.

Stock N/A was 155hp/219tq
8.7psi was 285hp 339tq
10.5psi was 295hp 357tq

I didn't want to try more boost still being on stock head bolts although I probably could have cracked 300hp easily.

I also dynoed my car that I trailered there with the truck. The car made:

22psi = 510hp, 398tq
45psi = 744hp, 566tq

I got a ride in the mirage the other day. Let me tell you that under WOT, the car is downright, certifiably, INSANE!!!
