I have a chromed alloy wheel for one of my cars that has a small crack in it. The crack is on the back side of the wheel right on the lip where the tire bead sits. I called a shop in waukegan and he said it is fixable and would run 120 or so. Picture is below but is just a cell shot and not the best but shows what I have on my hands. Does anyone know of a shop that can fix this locally? The waukegan shop I am ok with doing but their hours are the same as my work hours so I would have to ship it and wouldn't be able to pick it up for a week or two. It is on the inside of the wheel so no refinishing is needed.

Both of my rear rims on my cobra were "oval". Found this out when I tried having my DR's mounted and balanced. Had this guy do it for I think $120 a rim and they were re-cleared also and done the next day. I saw the rims on the balancer before and after he fixed them and they were PERFECT!

Get a hold of him.
