Id have asked for the tickets, called the police to report the accident and someone would be inspecting my bike with a fine tooth comb (or pick) and giving it a clean bill of health. No way in hell I'm getting rearended by some blowhard, powertripping, itchy trigger finger, douche bag, no attention paying, texting while driving, I smell alcohol, cop and not raising the loudest stink possible.

WOW that is fucked up.

I would of requested that his Supervisor came out to So I could report the accident to him and demand that the cop be sighted for inattentive driving.
