Most shops won't even touch, I've heard the bits break a lot. Also when you cut rotors you are more prone to warp even faster due to the material loss. I would look at your rear brakes as they might not be doing their part in stopping causing the fronts to work harder and warping.

Why are you running drilled rotors in the first place?

they were on the car from when I bought it, they are very very slightly warped but are pretty pricy brembo rotors, I was debating on just running them for this next year, or getting them cleaned up if I could, or just replacing them.

Even OEM rotors don't come with a lot of meat on them. Maybe enough for 1 cut if they are not to badly warped. And yes they all warp. And if you buy aftermarket (Autozone)their used up after 15k miles. That or hit a puddle of water and they will warp the first time you hit the brakes.

Napa Gold rotors are sometimes white box Brembos. Or at least my Cobra rotors were.

And drilled rotors will break and chip cutting bits, which is why we don't cut them.

some shops will cut drilled rotors this post was to try and find a shop locally that will. not to argue why I have drilled rotors on my car or why it is or isn't a good idea.

My brother had his slotted and drilled rotors turned by Kilpatrick Engines and Transmissions in Waukesha recently.
These are on his Lexus.

Any shop with proper skill and cutters can do them. Find a shop that has positive rake cutters, a round positive rake works well, after that its no different. If they dont know what a positive rake cutter is, hang up and call someone else.
