Last owner had it dynoed at 364hp. Not sure where so might have to hit up LMT to get a new baseline.

Not sure what I want to do with it. I got it for a killer price, something that I probably shouldn't even post.

But my dream is to build a Factory Five roadster and have another 94 GT in my garage thats being pulled apart

It made 364 to the tires, on a stock block 302, with a b cam, and svo heads? Really? Did the seller provide a dyno sheet?

So are you going to turn the 94 GT into a roller and use the running gear from it for the roadster?

Thats what the seller said. I know I know that was my first mistake. Thats why I want to go to LMT to get a "real" baseline pull. This is actually the first decent running Ford I ever owned so Ive been reading as much as possible about these motors, plus my buddy has always been into Fords so hes my go to guy for quick knowledge.

The GT will be only be used for the running gear and then its off to the crusher, the body is in bad shape and was hit in the front some time ago, it came with a salvage title. The motor ran fine right before I pulled it along with the trans, rear end not sure yet since I still have to pull it out. I want to do a 331 carb conversion with it, at least hopefully. With a nagging wife, honey-do lists that seem to never get done. I probably wont order the roadster until next spring. Im giving myself about 2 years from ordering to completion of the kit.

If that engine made 300hp/320tq to the tire, I'd be surprised.

Im thinking your right.

What dyno does LMT use? Hopefully its not a Mustang where you can flub the numbers quite easily.

I think they use a dynojet. Maye the previous owner was thinking that is the hp at the flywheel and not the tire.

Not sure yet. Might hang onto it, might sell it.

If I keep it my plans for the kit car would be on hold. If I sell it I could order the kit car right away and start the build as soon as it shows up.

Know anyone that would be interested? Not sure what the going rate on these are...

SO what do you consider a fair price then?

fair blue book value. Not knowing miles, and just by condition that i can see, its in OK shape. The Mods on the car arn't going to change value that much either. I'd say $5500 is a fair price for that car.

The car is in near mint condition. Everything was done under 6k ago, along with a new engine.

Honestly $5500 I think is far too low, if you can find me one in better condition I would consider dropping my price.

I would think $5500 was being more than fair.

And by you saying "far too low" I think you paid more than that.
