Spectrum does regular and hard coat anodizing. I used them to hard coat anodize the belt surface on my pulleys and not sure if it's the same for regular and hard coat but there was a 85 dollar minimum charge and then extra if they have to mask. It's just off janesville road and racine ave in muskego.

More local place and IMO better work is Midwest Annodizing. They are on the north side and from using both spectrum and Midwest, Midwest is better

I hate to sound like an idiot, but what's the advantage to anodizing? I know it's totally different than powder, but don't know when it's a better application.
