The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is now requiring the minimum four-gallon purchase at service station pumps selling a new 15% blend of the fuel additive ethanol from the same hose and nozzle as the current 10% blend known as E10.

Its apparent this shit is bad for motors. Instead of stopping it they followed the special interest groups and railed it through with a stupid rule. How are they going to keep the pump going for four gallons. Or if your filling up a gas can your just going to allow it to keep flowing. This is just typical government regulations and ignorance.

All they had to do was pump a few cups of it out onto the pavement first to clear the line :goof

This is insane to me....the issue here should be the ethanol content. Period! 15% is going to cause MAJOR problems with our vehicles and small engines GUARANTEED. Especially those (like me) that own an older vehicle. 10% ethanol destroys rubber parts, imagine what 15% will do. Engine fires, carb problems, hard hot starting from fuel boiling WILL be the norm. Our govt is messed up!

What a load of horse shit. This stuff is trash, I'd like to pump my 4 gallons back onto the pump and light that shit. 1 down, 300,000 more gas stations to go.

I'll just pump that crap on the ground. When the EPA comes out to find out why I will say I only needed 1 gallon of your crap, where in the hell am I going to put the other 3?
