Inflatable towable tubing tube – CHEAP!

I bought this new to use behind my friend's boat. Unfortunately my friend's boat has absolutely NO low end power and cannot get up to speed while pulling. Therefore I have absolutely no use for it and want it gone ASAP. All I'm looking for is $40 for the tube AND rope. Located very near the airport.
