Anyone have any experience with this? I found a decent deal on a moped but the owner doesn't have the title. Obvisously if the vin is scratched or missing I know to walk away. Has anyone ever bought a moped and got a title for it after the fact? How much did it cost? How long did it take?
I saw this on the DMV site but it looks like some rules just changed recently...
