Possibly try Clocks Off Racing or C&S performance. If a no go there talk to Bosslx on this site he may have a answer for you.

And you're sure there is no vacuum leak or other carb maladjustment leading to the very lean A/F?

If we're certain it's an issue with mis-sized idle air bleeds, why not try sticking a wire down the idle air bleeds now? Basically you probably want a smaller diameter air bleed...by sticking a small piece of wire in them, you effectively get that. Might get your idle A/F to close to where you want and help determine if you really want to start screwing around with the air bleeds...since that is a common way many turn good carbs into scrap metal...

How will he turn his carb into scrap metal by changing out air bleeds? They screw in like jets.

They screw in like jets.Wasn't saying that alterations are unchangeable and forver alters the carb....just making the point that once many start playing around with air bleeds they end up making their carb far less workable, responsive, and frustrating to live with, and end up tossing it for another.

i can take a peek around if you know what sizes you want to start with,or if you have some that are too big you can drop some solder to plug the hole and redrill with a pin drill to play with it.

Nope, went from a 1'' 4 hole tapered spacer to a open 2'' spacer. More plenium volume now... Air bleeds are a critical part of dialing in AFR on a carb. Both idle and high speed bleeds.

That be great i need around .060/.058. I drilled out some bleeds with a 1/16 bit which equals around .063 which has me at 17.9/1
