EAA Oshkosh Pictures

Here are some pictures from EAA from last week while my fire department was helping with coverage and military aircraft. Surprisingly this was a very safe year with no major incidents. Usually there are a couple crashes or major incursions on the airfield. If you were at the show this year we were in the older P-19 crash truck few pictures down. Enjoy! :)

I think once my son gets a little older I'm gonna take him to the show. I've always been into the history of planes etc. but have never made it to the show.

WOW !When flying out of hostile areas, it helps to get altitude as quick as possible...safer that way. C-17's rate of climb is remarkably similar without the help of JATO rockets.
