I dont know of any in the Waukesha/pewaukee area, however you could try these guys:

otherwise, for about 40 bucks you can pick up the software and the converter device from Walmart or Officemax.

I think I saw a commercial for walmart doing it as a service. Like $2 a tape.

I called wally world pewaukee. No they do not have this service but have machines for $79 or $159

was worth it for me. I used one to transfer old cam corder tapes to dvd.

I have one of those at home. Works great, put over 20 tapes to DVD and look good

Looks like you can get one of these off eBay for around $30-35.

Just be careful, my wife's grandmother had one of these converters, and I was trying to convert her baby movies to dvd, and lost 15 seconds! User error, but damn, its not like VHS to VHS that's for sure, lol.
