I have a 15 year old daughter, obviously not the same thing but I can't imagine what level of anger that father experienced.

I hope they have some sort of physical evidence to corroborate that. Or a lot of people might suddenly "catch" people doing the same thing.

I'd think the medical examiners report would be the only physical evidence needed to confirm. Doing it with his bare hands also shows that it was not premeditated (or at least makes that part easier to believe vs having a gun etc)

I got no issue with the law; now that we have the stand your ground laws etc, no reason something like this shouldn't be considered.
