Car used to have p1sc on it. Stock motor with Brute Speed blower cam and all the good valve train parts. Stock CR.
On 7-8lbs car put down 600rwhp.

Couldn't spin the p1 fast enough to feed the motor anymore and the belt slip with the 6 rib wasw terrible so off it came.

Now the car has a forged 347 in it. Prc 5.3 Heads. All good parts. Stock CR again. Same cam. D1sc 8 rib with 3.40 blower pulley. ATI super Damper. Big Red Bypass now.
Still going through twin inter coolers, Alkycontrol meth kit. Lonnie's double pumper fuel system with Hobbs switch. Car has a moser 12 bolt already. Good Drive shaft. Monster stage 3 clutch which i dont know if that will last. Hopefully heading to the dyno this week. Tom has been working his butt off to get it done. Thinking it will hit the dyno later this week. (TAOTC Coop)

Cryptic feel free to come up and video it with your fancy head gear. :)

Sweet setup. I'm almost done putting a p600b on my cutlass. That valve I bought from you is like the last piece of the puzzle. I should be running soon as I get it. What kind of power do you think your new setup is gonna lay down? I can't wait to dyno mine.

BTW, Andy's car is making some pretty nice torque. There is a lot in it with the fueling fixed and more RPM.

641 605 final using meth to just cool iat's car is setup super safe 17 degrees timing. Terrible belt slip. 7.65 crank pulley and 3.4 blower. Happy for now. Setup is gonna change in winter to fix the small issues with shit. I will post the graph later. Needs FMIC. DIfferent inlet hat for the blower. Too many restrictions. Ride home though the torque is unreal and comes on hard and fast.

Nothing serious I just want it all looking nice and I didn't like where the bypass was mounted either. Belt wrap on this procharger aster bracket is almost 360 degrees.

Yeah i didnt think id actually have to limit it to number lol. i just honestly think its at the end of the rope of pump gas, so why pushit? The 80# injectors (technically 101# @ 58 +psi) are at 83% DC and i dont like to use the meth as a crutch. Honestly, with going for it with the meth and 20+ degrees of timing, it would be damn near 900. It was just touching 17 psi (221kpa) by 6300 RPM. Right off the street tune it made 768 with 14 degrees timing and 10.8 afr. Leaned to 11.1 and moved to 15 degrees it gained about 30 hp, then the meth added about another 15. best part is, it drove home under its own power afterward!

Small note.

The effective injector size doesn't change like that in a forced induction car. The injector may have 58psi of fuel pressure in it, but it has 17psi of charge pressure to spray into. That puts you right back at 42psi where the 80# injector is rated.

Tooner fight! bahahahah

It has a rising rate FPR 1:1 58 PSI base. Its just the math in the PCM makes that injector out to be a 101# @ 58PSI above 80 KPA. With the 17 PSI rise in pressure of fuel psi to combat the 17 psi manifold pressure, in my head anyway all comes back to what things are like around that 58 psi mark again. I could be all wrong too.

Mah bad... I thought the 58psi was not base pressure, but after the rising rate. Sounds like he is running 58psi base + the rising rate (which BTW is pretty high fuel pressure!)

Basic premise is that the injector size depends on the value you use for the base pressure. However 101# is still not the right number... not sure where that is coming from?! Injectors are rated at 43.5psi (3bar). So if they are rated as 80# injectors @ 43.5 base pressure, then they would be rated at roughly 92# injectors at 58psi base.

I'll have to show you where that 101 example comes from and get plugged in next time we are both at the Dyno.

So what were the gains compared to the old blower?

A lot with only 3 more lbs of boost. Like another 130 plus to the tire.

Good old prochargers; spin to win! Peak torque at 6k ;) That thing has to be stupid fast in the upper Rs. I want a ride!

Not that the car really needs any more power, but how high can you take that engine? With even a hundred or two more rpm you would have clipped the magic 800.

LOL in my eyes it made 810. I am not counting the correction factor crap. lol

Limiter is at 6500. I am sure if we spun it there it would of made more but I really didn't care. Yeah we can do a ride. LMK the next time your out tuning at the dyno.

^^^ we spun it to 6300 rpm in previous runs and it made 17 psi on the dot then, 6100 is was a little over 16 psi, that 787 is the WCF #, the raw # was 810. rev limit is set to 6600, id have no qualms about spinning it to 6500, its got rods with L19 bolts in it, it can take it.

And throw some more timing at it. It has room for it. :)

Always next year.

I am almost afraid about what the numbers would be at with it tuned to kill.....not that far away from 1,000 hp

Nah it would need 20 psi to do that at min. id guess all strung out on 17 psi it would get to the 875 mark.

Yeah, but for the most part, going north of 800 at the tire is pretty much useless on the street. Unless you plan on racing from a 70 mph + roll, or you like doing rolling burnouts, lol.
