Exhaust Cut-Out Question

I am going to get some, just the ones with the cap on the
end, not the electric ones. I have a BBK H-Pipe with Coated
BBk Longtubes.

Is the BBK H-Pipe Steel or Stainless, and does this affect
the type of material the cutout is made of??

you can weld stainless to mild steel and vise versa
