I like both of them but I had a couple of concerns.

The first ones are 4 5/8" tall which is pretty damn tall and they will rub and push my heater hoses to the side and I'm sure will make them so they are almost kinked. They will also match my air cleaner.

The second ones, I'm just wondering if they are tacky or not? The are the same size as the covers I have now though so I know they will fit alright.

I don't think the second ones are tacky only because your car is otherwise very clean. No problem in labeling your motor work a bit, IMHO.

Yeah I was just looking at these.

They are Ansen valve covers which are supposed to be pretty good. Plus they are made in the USA.

IMO. I like the first ones (Edlebrock)... it's a classic look.

I have these with Fel-Pro Blue gaskets.

Because I'm running solid lifters I have to adjust valves periodically. They are off and on often and no leaks. Plus they are tall enough for my cam and lift I'm running. These are Vortec center bolt covers but the regular edge bolt covers are just as good.
I saw these at SEMA in 2010 and really liked the construction of them.

I went ahead and bought the third set I posted. The Ansen covers that are renamed as summit brand ones that say Chevrolet on them.

These look nice but they are twice as much as the ones Mark picked out. I do like how the logo is angled towards you.
