It's a Mishimoto Aluminum unit, and looks really nice.
I don't really need it for daily driving, the car doesn't
run hot. The reason for putting it in is I plan on doing
some Autocross and maybe even HPDE days.

Question I have is: Should I stick with the factory
2 speed fan or use the dual fan setup I have off
a Ford Contour?

I would hook the dual fan up with one fan for low speed
and the other for high speed. I like the idea of dual fans
as a redundant system. If one fails there is always another
for backup.

Another idea I have is to hook up a spray mister for the A/C
condensor. Spray it when in slow moving traffic to cool it, and
keep the A/C system from working so hard.

Sorry for no answer for you but, what did you pay for the radiator? I need to get a new one for my '95.

I wouldn't say e-fans are a high failure rate item, so I wouldn't worry about redundancy.

Dual contour! That's what I'll be running!

Keep the Stock fan. Since you already have the quarterhorse, you can make it do whatever you want. Keep in mind that the two speeds are on separate winding's so it's already redundant in a way.

I have the same radiator also. There are reports of people getting stress cracks in these radiators caused by the factory steel brackets being to ridged or something to that effect. The replacement aluminium brackets are supposed to alleviate the problem.

stock fan will be more than plenty. I ran a stock fan on a novi2k tfs hci car with a fluidyne radiator.
