Craigs list find 64 Chevelle

Just called the guy he said hes willing to take $4800 and sent a few more pics everything looks pretty soild. I'm thinking about taking a drive out there tomorrow. Am I missing something here?

How solid is the car? Any bondo? Frame? Need any work at all? Seems cheap...

He said it has been repainted at one point and some body work so I would guess there is bondo. Was a v6 car he said he just drove from his place out side of the dells to milwaukee and back everything was fine. He needs to sell to buy a camaro that just came back on the market. Just seems really cheap to me...... he just texted me a bunch of pics and it looks soild.

Small pictures and all but around the rear wheel well it just looks odd, ehh maybe there small tires throwing it off, but even if it has mud for $4800 its a great cruiser.

BTW if someone drops the price that quick, they will drop it another $500 :-)

Just take a small soft magnet with you and try to stick it to all the places that normally rust.

check the trunk and floors I had one of these before my mustang

Also check around under the rear window and C pillars. Water tends to pool there and causes issues. For that price, you can fudge it and do small repairs. Replacement panels for almost the whole car are being produced.
