Anyone know a good (non-partisan) website that has data such as government debt per president, who controlled the house and senate, GDP by president, etc.?

www.cbo.gov is one place you could try. This is the website for the congressional budget office. They are supposed to perform a nonpartisan review of proposed legislation and provide budgetary information. The problem I have found with their reports is that they can be greatly influenced by the information, or lack of information, provided to them. Their initial evaluation of Obama’s healthcare proposal found it to be “deficit-neutral”, which was one of Obama’s selling points. After the legislation passed and the CBO was provided full information, their second report revealed the true cost of the program, which shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.

ps, pulling data from the fed is usually much easier than from the .gov websites for obvious reasons.
