Mid cycle refresh for 2013 comes to the Ram 1500:

New 3.6 305hp/269ft-lbs v6 paired with an 8 speed automatic standard.
5.7 Hemi v8 power increases to 395hp, and will have a delayed introduction for the 8 speed automatic (6 speed auto still standard)
Available air suspension providing adjustable ride height and load leveling capability. Combined with grill slats aerodynamics improves 6% from .38 cD to .36cD.
Greater use of "high strength" steel allowing them to increase frame strength 30% while still reducing overall frame weight; combined with other changes/weight reductions, allows the overall truck weight to drop ~100lbs per model.
Auto start-stop with both v6 and v8 when paired with 8 speed auto.
With all the above changes, both v6 and v8 are expected to class leading fuel economy (no official number released, expect 24mpg hwy for v6, and 22mpg hwy for v8)
3.7 v6 and 4.7 v8 are both dropped (actually, there is discrepancies on whether the 310hp/330ft-lbs 4.7 will continue to be available)
Interior revisions
What is unknown is will the new small cummins v8 (5.0L?) make it into the Ram as a late available option for 2013 or for 2014 if at all...the persistence of rumors of it's coming is maddening to light duty diesel fans.

Ratios for the eight speed spread from 4.69:1 in first to 1:1 6th, down to a .62:1 8th gear.

Visual changes are minor:

I like it. Too bad it'll cost $40k for a 4x4 crew cab.
