I wonder if tires like that are hard to balance? Do they make stick weights to handle it?

I'm not sure if anyone with those would even know that a wheel/tire had to be balanced. Stick on weights only go so big, so they probably have to stack them, and considering that so many of those are garbage cast wheels, im sure its a nice big stack.
