Anyone here refill Shielding Gas tanks/ Medgas

I have a commercial sized 75/25 cylinder that I used for welding, which just ran dry. It isn't leased to any company, but because I bought it used some larger places don't want to fill a customer tank. It's hydro-test or whatever should be current, but I'm willing to pay the test fee if its required. I've called a couple places, some are cool about it being a customer tank...others have told me that "i have no legal reason to own the commercial size tank". WTF who tells me how much shielding gas I need?
Anyways, anyone work somewhere that does this? I have a cap for it, and its legal to transport etc. Just tired of getting sweated for something simple.

How big is commercial sized?

theres a place that used to be called allied welding which is now on bd road and 124th ish. Haven't had any issues with them ever. Been using them for around 10yrs.

i ended up using Advanced Welding on 27th. Its actually a dude's house with a garage that holds the business. Most of his stuff is commercial account delivery, but he has a storefront IN the garage. I went through him, as well as picked up some other consumables at a reasonable price. He was easier to deal with than the "big" companies I dealt with as a contractor.

How much did it run you if you don't mind me asking?

I think it was like $38 for big tank, I think its called a 115? The 4ft tall one. He also had better prices on wire and tips than any of the big box places that sell the stuff. He's also the ONLY place open on saturdays. His business phone is also his home phone #, so if he's home he'll sell during some non- business hours.

75/25 argon/c02 I don't tig so pure argon isn't needed.
