I am located in Jefferson, could ship. I have a ups computer at my work, so that wouldn't be a problem. Probably about $12 rough guess. I'd be willing to eat that if they want it.

The case is just a zippered carrying case. Got it at best buy for $30 I think. Just to keep it somewhat protected when not in use.
