Selling a 1998 Trans Am. This car was made to look like a 30th Anniversary Trans Am. it's a very nice car and at a LOT more affordable than an actual anniversary edition. Please see link to my craigslist post. Car is located in Racine, and is currently garage kept. LOOKS immaculate! You won't be disappointed.

thanks for the tips. I'm looking to get rid of this car now though, it looks very nice. I was interested in doing the rims a while back, but I recently got laid off, and so now there's no extra money to go modifying things. Time to sell.

I like it, fucking sexy. If I didn't have my Mustang I would come take a look at it. I also like that it has he ram air hood to boot. Good luck with the sale man! Don't let it get to you about what other members are saying. They are just putting in their two cents is all.

free bump for ya. sexy as hell. If I come across the cash I'll be all over it. owning a real one is something I want one day, but this would do nicely!

Put them on photobucket. Then copy the links for the forum and they will show up. Very simple

How much did you get for it?

There was a 95 or so Trans Am for sale last fall in Big Bend for around 5k with a salvaged title. Some fella ended up buying it and putting it up for around 7k I believe and never disclosed the salvaged title. I think it had around 35k on it.

That stinks when that happens but it can be a lucrative business to flip cars if you know what you're doing. It especially hurts when it was a car you owned and loved for weather a long or short period of time.

well it wasn't like it had emotional attachment to the car. I flipped it myself. i owned it for 3 months, put some time into it. it was kinda rough when it got it. looked amazing when i sold it. I put the ram air hood on it, put a new hatch on it, because it was busted, new fuel pump, buffed the car, purchased ALL the graphics and installed them myself, and sold it for $5600 probably had about 80 hours into the car. It was very nice. I had it for sale for about a month and couldn't seem to move it at my asking price of around $6000. i really don't think this guy is going to get $7500 out of the car. KBB, on a 98 T/A true WS6 with 130k is only like $6500.. this car was very nice, but not a true ws6 and it pretty much bone stock. i just don't see his rationalization of the whole thing. it's a 6000 car, but not 7500. I had a lot of inquiries on the car, and i'm sure if i sat on it for a couple more months, I could have got the $6000... but I'm already on to the next project, which is a 97 ram air formula t56, and when I get that one done, you'll see it on here I'm sure. so for me, with limited garage space, it's more profitable to move them faster, than sit on them for months.
