Paintless Dent Removal Recommendations?

Anyone have any? Had a little incident yesterday and hopefully looking for someone cheap. The dent is in a full size conversion van rear door. I know it'll pop right out. I'd rather avoid going through insurance if it'll be cheaper to just take care of it. Thanks in advance.
