I'm the third owner of this vehicle and I personally know the first two owners. This truck has had Mobil 1 oil used in it from day one. It has had very few problems because the owners have been so meticulous with maintenance. There is some rust but you'll find that its only in the spots that are fairly common for a truck of this model with this amount of miles. I performed a lot of maintenance before I put it away for the summer and I purchased another car for the hour commute to work. It does however need a new muffler, I have one and it would go with the truck, I just haven't had time to install it.
Recently repaired or replaced:
Clutch
Flywheel
Throw out bearing
Rear main seal
Fluids (transmission, transfer case, coolant, front and rear end)
Oil pan (and needed gaskets)
Serpentine belt
Blower motor and resistor
New front brakes and rotors
Rear sway bar end links
Headlight lenses, parking light lenses
Emergency brake cables
Kelly blue book has this vehicle with the amount of miles in fair condition valued at $2,700
