Plumber needed. Pretty sure my main is somewhat clogged. I had roto rooter out here today and neither of us could find a cleanout (ive only lived here a month). He wanted minimum $300 to pull the toilet and snake it from there. I though that was pretty crazy. I might just do it myself but I figured I would see if anyone on here is a plumber and wants some work before I either call another place or do it myself.

What's happening is when water is used, a gurgling sound it heard from either the kitchen sink or the wash tub downstairs and then if enough water is used it comes up through the floor drain in the basement. It takes about a minute of constant use of water for the drain to fill up to the top but as soon as the water is shut off, it goes back down slowly. I was thinking its either clogged or the vent is clogged but I'm leaning towards the main.

Steam fitters are guys who couldn't make it as plumbers.

$300 seems good to me, would you take apart a strangers Shit Chair and dig around in there POO ????

On a serious note I always pass a house in Oak Creek that has a small sign on the mail box and a nice new F250 called " Tracey's Plumbing " try them out.....

What was the problem?

Korndogg

Blockage but one of my pipes is cracked and collapsed a little bit right under the wall. Luckily its right after my cleanout so if this happens again, I can just try to unclog it myself until I decide to get this fixed.
