Hello BCM Homeowners,

Quick question.. just wondering how many of you have water backup insurance and where do you live roughly?

I'm looking at a house by west allis memorial.

Thanks

It really shouldn't matter where you live, every home should have sewer back up and sump pump failure.... It's like an extra $125 per YEAR !!!

I'm in a non mmsd area and I still took that coverage. For me it was $50/year more and it covers SO MANY other things besides the backups. It also includes things like money for food lost in a power outage when your freezer goes out, and a whole list of other silly things you never think about. Some of them though, in the event of some weird shit going down, could easily add up to a few hundred and you would be covered. For $50 a year? I'll take it.
