I am looking to either Rent or sell my home in Brown Deer. It is a very well maintained home(we didn't plan to have to move)Its a 3 bedroom single family ranch in Brown Deer, with in the last 5 years the following have been done: Roof, windows, water heater, new kitchen and half bath. Its has hardwood floors throughout most of the house, with a finished basement including a home office. It has a spacious yard and a 2.5 detached garage. Its in a great neighborhood with great neighbors and great school system. Located close to shopping and dining. I am moving in Jan so it will be available Feb 1st.
