I am looking to pick up a magazine holder to carry at least one magazine but found a good deal on a 2 magazine holster and now I am undecided how many to carry.

26/7 rounds should be plenty sufficient...

One, more for a malfunction of the mag in the gun than needing the extra rounds, but you never know.
