Does that one have a goofy rail, or normal rail?

what do you mean goofy? size wise? it is standard MIL-STD 1913. the standard veridian C5L laser fits it or you can get any number of tactical lights.

the FNP mags will not work in it, which is ok since like i said i've read they stopped making those. the PLUS side of this is that the FNP barrels will fit in the FNX, but the FNX will not fit in the FNP. Which is good for this firearm because you can still use one of those EFK barrels that are threaded if you wanted to put a can on this one at some point. The 9mm conversion barrel doesn't work though

The FNX has multiple rail locations. I think the question he's asking is if the rail is like the FNP, which only has one rail slot.

Got ya, thanks for helping out! "Goofy" has too many uses, haha (not poking fun, just a joke)

I meant goofy size wise, like the Smith and Wesson Sigma with the useless, nothing fits it rail.. For some reason that rail looked wider than the standard 1913 rail is all. No worries. Nice lookin' gun. Free bump!

should be the same rail as my FNP, which I have a micro 90 on.

Chris, I have a Five Seven If you want to try it out before you buy one. It is one of my favorite pistols by far. The recoil is almost not there. I had my 8 year old shoot it. Let me know.

That'd be awesome Brad. I think a couple of us are going to Fletcher's on Sunday(my H.S. buddies and I) if you wanted to meet up. Not expecting you just to loan me it, haha.

At least I'm not the only guy who wanted a five seven, and ended up with a standard caliber FNH... some day. lol I do love the way my FNP handles, but I've heard nothing but good things about this gun over it.

The funny thing is I wanted a 45 tactical too, but ended up with this one. There's just too many toys out there, haha. Then I just saw the 92A1 Beretta the other day online an fell in love with that thing too.

Brad - I think we are ending up trying to go at noon to Fletcher's, so just down the street for you.

I still plan on going. I didn't know if you weren't going to go because you sold the gun. That's all.
