Newbie wanting to say hello...

Forgive me if this is in the wrong section of this forum.

Anyways, I would just like to say hello to you all. No, I do not have a "muscle car" rather a currently stock STi. I have had a few american cars in the past, which I do have a great respect for them....especially the GN that I saw a month or two ago at GLD..... and the wife is begging me to get a z06 at this time. Unfortunatly, I do have to go up and down Hwy 100 (not for cruising or racing....that is for Greatlakes Dragaway), but rather since I live off of it.

If any of you see a Black WRX STi (I am the only one that I know of in this area) give me a wave or honk. I look forward to participating in this forum, as it seems to be the only one that revolves around this area :shades

BTW: My wife is currently driving a 04 Subaru Forester XT which is also black, so if you see her....give her a honk or wave and confused the hell out of her!

The Blue WRX in the Forester pictures was what I had before the STi. I had some modifications done and my best time at GLD was 13.2, but I was getting crappy 2.0 60' times.

I seen you before, I'm one of only two Red Camaro Z28 Convertibles I see on the HWY. I'm not to stock lookin (different taillights/Headlights), but we both have Chrome wheels, his are bigger though. Plus if you see a latino lookin guy drivin thats me:thumbsup, that is, latino "lookin" though. I'm a mixed breed, mutt, milato, whatever you wanna call it:goof roof roof!

a good friend of mine has an '05 in black, but has the gold wheels. awesome cars! he bested many corvettes at his first autox with it, beating many z06's, race prepped car's etc. maybe those r compound tires, awd and massive brembos had something to do with that :thumbsup

I remember talking to a few sti owners, not sure if they were the same one, or different people. I just delieved a black 05 with gold wheels Saturday.

last summer/fall i umm R@C3d a black sti in my stang, cool car! He was a cool driver to, gave up the peace, so did i. Lookin forward to seein the sti around, autox maybe? Other than that surely at hwy. :thumbsup
