I'm just throwing this out there because you never know.
Bob Bode Racing picked up a new sponsor this weekend, and we're going from a part time team to doing the full 23 race NHRA schedule next year.
All of us on the crew have full time jobs at home, and might not be able to make all the races so we're talking about bringing people in as
backup crew. You would work side by side with one of our guys and learn how it needs to be done, then may get the chance to do the job on your own.
I'm going to tell you up front, it's a major commitment and you're not going to make a living at it.
There is a lot of travel involved and you must be reliable.
I've been with them for 7 years and have never missed a race, the same holds true for the rest of the guys.
What it boils down to is, you need to have a passion for it and be proud of what you do, otherwise it's not going to work.
Evereyone on the team is like family, so personality and attitude are important, we work hard but play hard also.
It's been the opportuninty of a lifetime for me, I don't regret a minute of it.
pm me if you have any questions or want to take it further
Here's the new sponsor, Stupid Fast Racing.
The race car is getting a full wrap for next season, it's going to look bitchin.
