Those renderings were cartoonishly bad at some angles.

My guess would be the C7 will be just a modest evolution of the c6....perhaps smaller/lighter with smaller displacement v8 as a most radical departure. Doubt we'd see the taillights like that were rendered since it appears the 4 cicular lamps are here to stay.

The 'vette in your fixed link is FAR better looking, and more keeping with the vette theme. Though it does strike me as odd seeing a vette without a bubble back rear glass.
