Cleaning out the basement was an interesting trip back in time. The 80's were and interesting and confusing time, here was one of my favorite shirts.

interesting to see a roots type supercharger with "TURBO" cast into the top of it It's not...it's an external timing belt. The top pulley goes up to a valve cover spinning the SOHC. Obviously for a cartoon it's not the most accurate rendition of the K-series turbo mopars, but, it's actually pretty darn close. The distributor, oil filter location, valve cover spark plug/head, engine mount, etc all look reasonably close. The intake manifold kind of also looks like it's trying to be an intercooler, but honestly, it doesn't look too far removed from what the turbo 1 engines looked like back in the day.
